INNOVATIVE WORK
INNOVATIVE WORK
Innovative refers to the development of new ideas for the improvement of existing ideas. Being innovative at work means that you contribute ideas and solutions to the workplace challenges or problems. Innovators recognise when there is a need for improvement and they use logic reason and creativity to come up with ways to meet those needs. As part of the 4th semester b.Ed curriculum and innovative work was to be imparted in the classrooms during our internship based on the topics assigned during the practice.
For the innovative work I chose the topic magnetism and prepared a Scrapbook on this topic including pictures and descriptions of magnets, types of magnets, compass, magnetic fields etc.
To make the scrapbook I used a black chart and colour paper. With the help of scissors and glue I made differentiats out of the paper and placed the pictures attractively.
This innovative work helps to gain the attention of students in the classroom and make them curious about what is inside the scrapbook. It help me a lot in the delivery of content.
